You Are What You Eat… literally!

You are made up of the cells which are regenerated by the nutrients in the foods you put into your body… a simplification, sure, but good enough.

If you’re ill, unwell, have health issues—even if they are seemingly unrelated to digestion… how do you not look FIRST at what you put into your body??

Western medicine is horribly remiss in addressing this connection.

But you don’t have to be! Listen to your body. Educate yourself.

I say this after a bit of a “cheat weekend” which leaves me feeling a little crappy. Because sometimes we need reminders.
