Remember the kelp noodles I’ve mentioned in a few recipes (this one, this one, and this one)?
I found an amazing deal for them on Amazon.
They are very inspiring! It makes me want to rewrite the Beatles’ song “Help”…

when I was younger so much younger than today
I never knew I could eat kelp every day
but now those days are gone,
I found some kelp noodles
now I find, I can eat it all the time,
it’s opened up my mind
I’m working on how to incorporate them into more meals. They are actually very versatile. Some ideas, from the person who introduced them to me:
“We found that you can eat them raw incorporated into a salad (but they sometimes taste slightly bitter) or even boil them for like 5 minutes and they retain ALL their crunch without the bitterness at all. We also make spaghetti sauce using only fresh tomatoes, some sundried tomatoes, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, basil, herbs and olive oil. YUM”
